The team of the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy works with students on a daily basis, supporting them throughout their career, from their application to their coming on the campus, with a particular focus on their education and the links developed with the business world. This section presents the members of the Academy, to understand their job and their role within the Academy.<\/em><\/p>\n

For the first presentation, we spoke with Anissa, Administrative and Admissions Assistant. She has started to work at the Academy in September 2019.<\/p>\n

Can you introduce yourself in a few words<\/strong><\/p>\n

My name is Anissa, I am 27 years old and I am the Admissions and Administrative Assistant at the Tony Parker Adequate Academy. I have been an administrative assistant for 3 years in a company and for just over a year now I have been working at the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy.<\/p>\n

What is your role at the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My role is to have a complete vision of the Academician\u2019s career path. First of all, I manage the admission process. This includes following up on the applications, answering any questions people may have, until the application is finalized.<\/p>\n

Over the months, my position has evolved and became more versatile. That\u2019s what I really like about my job!<\/p>\n

Today, my role is to work for the Academicians in order to help them in their daily lives. For example, I manage the reception of their packages, the organization of meals in the cafeteria, the transmission of information about weekends to the supervisors\u2026<\/p>\n

I really take this role very seriously and make sure that the Academicians feel good every day.<\/p>\n

What do you like about your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think, the two main points of my job are the multiple skills and the relationship with young people. To make them understand that we are present for them. I have always been sensitive to this side, I am the first daughter in a family of three children, I have always had the role of accompanying the members of my family since I was very young, and today this is what I do with the Academicians.<\/p>\n

I’m happy to have these missions at the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy, because I think that helping young people in this way allows them to feel good with us. My goal is the Academicians get the best from their experience here.<\/p>\n

Why the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think it\u2019s an innovative concept that totally new in France. When I discovered the concept of the Academy, I immediately thought of what it was doing in the United States and I think it\u2019s great that we can see an Academy like this in France today.<\/p>\n

Young people can mix their passion and their education, it\u2019s something really benefit. To be able to go to a place like this, at their age, I think it\u2019s great. The meaning of the project really touched me.<\/p>\n

One last little word for the Academicians?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I encourage them to keep a positive state of mind and go all the way to make their dreams come true.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
