<\/b>Can you introduce yourself in a few words<\/strong><\/p>\n

My name is Pascal Tanzilli, I am the intendant of the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy since its opening in August 2019.<\/p>\n

My experience in the ASVEL family has begun in 1993 when I first volunteered for 7 years in the professional club of LDLC ASVEL. During the last four months of my volunteer work, I started to take care of the logistics part, before becoming the intendant of the professional team in 2001, for 18 years.
\nIn 2019, I had the great opportunity to continue as a intendant for the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy and here I am!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You are present on a daily basis for the Academicians, can you describe your role in more detail?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My main mission is to take care of the maintenance of the Academicians uniforms and bedding. This includes sorting, cleaning and preparing the next outfits and laundry for each youth.
\nAcademicians practicing basketball passion train daily and usually several times a day, so it is important that they have their outfits ready for their trainings.<\/p>\n

My main objective is to make the Academicians feel good and for this reason I make myself available every day and listen to every request from the youngsters and the coaching teams.<\/p>\n

What is the aspect of your work that you like the most today?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I like everything about my job! Today I am fully fulfilled in my work. I like the concept and the atmosphere of the Academy, there is a real human aspect, with a united team whose priority is the well-being of the Academicians.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Can you tell us what, in your opinion, is the strength(s) of the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For me, the strength of the Tony Parker Ad\u00e9quat Academy is the passion of all the actors. Our goal is to make the project of the Academy moving forward.<\/p>\n

The working environment is also one of its strengths, it’s really nice to work in a place where there is everything to succeed and be fulfilled.<\/p>\n

<\/b>One last little word for the Academicians?<\/strong><\/p>\n
